Contact forms

When you submit a contact or consultation form on this website, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, message, and optionally a website URL, project type, or agency name. We also store the page path, language locale, and form source (homepage, Zabun page, Custom WordPress development page, or For agencies partner form) so we can respond in context.

Submitting a form requires your consent to this processing. Without consent, we cannot handle your enquiry.

How we process your enquiry

Form submissions are sent to a self-hosted n8n workflow that validates the payload (including spam checks) and emails the enquiry to us via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) in the eu-central-1 region.

Amazon SES is used only to deliver the enquiry email. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing beyond responding to your request.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact forms to reduce automated spam. Turnstile may set cookies or process technical data (such as IP address and browser characteristics) according to Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

A hidden honeypot field is also used; it should be left empty by human visitors.

Cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source. These cookies are set only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Usage data may be processed in the United States. See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

This website does not use advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact forms may set strictly necessary cookies related to bot protection. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

How long we retain your data

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request. After the enquiry is closed, we delete it unless a contract or ongoing project follows, in which case relevant correspondence may be kept for the duration of that relationship and any legal retention obligations.

What rights you have over your data

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data we hold about you in connection with a form submission, subject to legal obligations we must meet.

Requests regarding personal data can be sent to the contact details listed on our company information page.

Where your data is sent

Enquiry data is processed on our self-hosted n8n instance and transmitted through Amazon SES (eu-central-1) to deliver email to us. Cloudflare processes Turnstile challenges as described above.

If you consent to analytics, usage data is sent to Google Analytics as described in the Cookies section.
